Thanks, Bob. Never quite sure how one of these will turn out. Some work, some don't. I thought this one did, and I'm glad you liked it.
Appreciate your visit and kind comment!

Excellent creation
Thanks very much, iDoc. I'm pleased you liked it, certainly not your standard flower photo, lol.
Thanks for your visit and kind comment, much appreciated!

How strange, I see as very Scottish, the pounding heart of the Stewarts.-- but what ever, I love it, great work Tp,

Thanks, Geoff. I think you can make of it what you want. Had it been a thistle--and I can see the resemblance of the 'head' here--I'd also have gone with the Scottish theme. And it was a close call not to go with a Cossack dancing in his silk blouse. But the suggestion of a cape pushed me more to the idea of a matador/toreador, so went in that direction.
Kinda cool, whatever it was, and glad you liked it.
Thanks for your visit and comments, always valued and much appreciated!

I've tried Rodilus on some flowers, but ended up with too much or too little...I need more practice... :?
Lol, thanks, Ron, but if I had any real talent, people would be paying me for these! As it is...not so much. Ah well.
And don't feel bad about the Rodilus. I throw most of these in the trash, or keep opacities under ten percent. Not many of them work well full-bore like this, and it seems the flowers that are either sharp-edged or edged with sunlight work best with this effect. And darkening the background first also adds to the contrast and gives a better neon-type glow. At least that's what I find, so maybe that will help you out.
Thanks for your constant encouragement and support, it's greatly appreciated, and I'm always grateful for those thumbs!
What a neat shot, Randy! Love it!

Ah...es muy bonita!!! This won't be the first time you've planted a tune in my head that refused to leave. I didn't think I'd ever be free of Bad Leroy Brown. LOL Another of your plugged in gorgeous concoctions, Randy.
Thanks, Donna. Don't blame me--Ian posted 'The South Side of Chicago.' What was I supposed to do? Pass up an opportunity like that? How could I live with myself if I let that one get by me? LOL
At least this time you'll be humming some classy stuff for the next six weeks or so. And Globetrekker was good enough to post the lyrics for you, lol.
Thanks for your visit and always kind words, Donna. Very much appreciated. And remember--it always sounds better in the shower... "To--re--a--dor--en guaaar--de..."
: )

This is so well done Randy. I love it.
You are the master at producing these beautiful images. I think it's creativity at its best.
Pierre
Thank you, Pierre. I'm glad you enjoyed it. These are a lot of fun to do, but frustrating, as most of them just don't work. My trashcan runneth over, lol. But the few that do work justify the time spent.
I do, of course, have to thank M. Bizet for his contribution to this, which I unfortunately can't get out of my head, lol!!! Probably serves me right, as I apparently stuck Donna with it, too. : )
As always, I appreciate your visits and high praise, for which I'm very grateful. Thank you!

Thanks, Sue. Glad you liked it. Not quite a typical flower shot, is it? Well, they always grow strangely in Martian's garden! LOL
Thanks for stopping by, always much appreciated!
Lol! Thanks, Mare. No bull, and this one's missing crowd noises and trumpets, but other than that, I think it gets the job done. Especially for those of us who are not wrapped too tightly! : )
Thanks for looking, always much appreciated!
I just knew it! You and all the rest of the pretty ladies swarm over the bullfighters, while the rest of us non-bullfighting types just struggle on, our lives dreary, empty, and hardly worth living.
Who needs bulls?
*Sigh*
Of course, we DO need their digestive products, makes great fertilizer, so there's that...
And those toreador fellows must step in it a lot, so there's that...
And some of us (no names) have learned to survive by slinging it, so there's that, too...
I guess we need the bulls after all, for without them, there would be no bullsh...um...way to pass an essay test, and politicians would have nothing at all to say.
Thanks, CarlySue, you made my day! ; )
