Don't look badly exposed. Looks like the camera got moved a trifle in that first one with its stars doubled, and to a lesser extent in that last one.

The second has nicely rounded stars.

When shooting trough trees wind can cause limb and twig blurring in addition to camera movement.

Another cause of oblong stars is their movement in exposures lasting long enough, say something over 30 seconds.

After downloading the last two I see that all of them have star movement. The middle one very well could be due to teh earth's rotation. I can't say for sure. The last one's movement was irregular in part, then could have been combined with earth rotation. The combined result is a steady elongation with a wriggly tail attached.

for ways to keep camera movement down; one is to, of course, always use a tripod. Then use some kind of remote shutter release or the timer on the camera. Another method is called the hat trick. Set the shutter for a bit longer exposure, cover the lens with a hat or what ever before releasing the shutter, then after a second or two or three pull the cover away. That will allow any vibrations set up by pushing the release button to damp out.

Strong winds can sometimes cause camera movement, if the tripod is a little on the light side or on soft ground.

As we can't stop the earth turning, something else has to be done to follow the star movement. Use either a guided telescope most easily done with a polar alignment, or a homemade device called a barn door tracker.

By the way, that last shot includes Orion's belt and sword. The Orion nebula is blazing away in the middle of the latter.

I really like the mood conveyed by all three pictures. Each one of the three has a different way with them. All of them have some cloud or other material giving character to the sky background. Then the tree really adds to what the picture conveys. Another go with a steadier camera will eliminate those objectionable displacements.
