I am using post- processing software Lightroom 4, my question is how I save my picture after I color spot one area in a black and white photo in the develop module. I will appreciate any help.

I did that and the color spot disappear, Must be a function to save the change done to the picture

Make your changes in the Develop Module, right-click and export directly from there. Works every time for me.
