Best Lens for Candid Potrait Photography

In India the 1.4 lens AF lens are very costly ! Juggling between the options of a prime 50 mm 1.8 and sub 200 mm sony lens.

yes ebay is there but sony /minolta lens are not that popular.
In New delhi we have lots a place where we get used lens.

I would suggest two lens
Something in the range of a 70-200 zoom for candid shots
And a 24-105 macro for your other shots
These are conon lens. So anything in that range that fits your camera should work fine
If you have to just choose one then I would go with the 24-105 macro that way you have a little bit of telephoto and macro for close up
