Your chart is entirely pointless, but I guess that was somehow supposed to make an impression, maybe for your liberal friends who may be as gullible as you, but for anyone paying attention it is meaningless. Although the president may have prosecutorial discretion on a case by case basis he does not have the constitutional ability to exempt classes of people from laws.... Nor does he have the constitutional right to rewrite the ACA without putting it back before congress because he simply does not care for the results of the 2010 election.

I am not so sure that I am happy about it but only because it may not be a good move politically. But yes, if there were votes in the Senate for a conviction I would love to see this president impeached, but since it takes 67 votes it would be a stupid idea and the republican leadership knows this there will be no impeachment.

Well, you know the repubs, they are never on the same page about anything...so they have a little trouble agreeing on that impeachment thing.

You mean like when Bush put off Medicare Plan D?

Not at all the same, hardly worthy of comparison, Bush extended enrollment only for a 60 day period.... Obama has changed major provisions of the law including revenue mechanisms.

Blurry Eyed,

If only one could find some information on the Internet concerning how other Presidents dealt with Executive Orders. If only… lol

It isn't about the numbers of orders written.
It is about the fact that executive orders cannot legally create or change laws as they want.
All laws must go through congress. No exceptions !!

The major reason for that are the RINO's.
Boehner is really one of your guys.

People should be so grateful there isn't a law against stupidity.
An executive order should take care of that tho ….

Blurry, I attribute "you didn't build that" to Karl Marx. It offended me when BHO uttered it. Maybe his eminence wants to export our coronations.

ACA seems to be working for the more than 8 million who are using it and we don't seem to be hearing many complaints!

I think the debate over it is over except for the ideologues and no nothings!

The following excerpt is illustrative of how ignorant the article is:

"Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) said that the lawsuit was an attempt to placate the birthers and the tea partiers, but they will never be satisfied. He also said that Republicans are devastated that the ACA is working. McGovern said... Enough of this stupidity.”

"...placate the birthers"? Almost no birthers remain. That story has long been debunked.

...and the tea partiers? Most of them wanted impeachment, not a lawsuit.

"...devastated that the ACA is working"? Since when has the ACA been "working"?

"...Enough of this stupidity"? I concur.

I think that it is amazing that the democrats are lying to their donors about impeachment, the republicans have no intention of impeaching president Obama but that is not what the democrats are broadcasting to their supporters.... The only people talking impeachment are Sarah Palin and democrat politicians misrepresenting what is actually happening to their supporters simply to get them to dig deeper into their pockets for donations for political campaigns....

You're amazed that Dems like to be lied to?

Yeah because there is no difference between the parties now.
And besides that they are beginning to realize the Obama is a political terrorist.

First off that is about 2 1/2 % of our population, just a tad more than were kicked off of their plans when the ACA rolled out and the dems were going on about it being such a small number that we should not be concerned about it. Secondly the president has postponed major components of the law that will be even more disruptive than those we have already seen. It is no secret that the president has and continues to buffer the public from the harsh realities of the ACA, that is the overriding reason that he has resorted to executive action to change major provisions of the bill, he does not want to face the political backlash of his ill advised legislation... It is his preference to push it off onto the next administration.

"Are you really this Fu**ing stupid?"

It is said that a single lawyer in a town would go broke for lack of another with whom to argue."
I didn't know you were a Constitutional lawyer or judge to be so certain that BH Obama had broken the law. I accept that you believe he did, but the courts will decide, not you.
