Erv, that eagle is awesome...one of the best eagle carvings I have ever seen!!! Thanks for sharing. And you kept track of the hours...something I never do. I will be showing this to my fellow woodcarvers when we meet tomorrow.

Thank you Rich. The boys have picked out a few they liked. When I went to Nam, my Mom and Dad had a garage sell and all of my first cavings got sold for pennies.:) Along with all of my toys.:( But I guess they didn't like them. I am hoping the boys will keep them in the family. They do make good dust collators.:):)

Thank you Pat! I guess if you love it you make time. I am a night Owl and do must of my work late at night. Or if we have a fire out in the yard I sit and carve. Janny says I had way to much energy.:) But the carving is relaxing for me. The camera is my side kid all the time. I go for walks every morning around 4 or 5. So many things most folks miss. And when I come home from work, most times I take a walk through the woods in back. I don't sit still to long unless I am here talking to all the folks on the site.:):)
