I am new to this and I am trying to download some pics and it is not working....

Look at the top of this page. On the left there is a help button. Has lots of good stuff.

Download implies you want to take something from this site.
Download to your your computer
Upload would mean you wanted to post a picture here. Upload to Ugly Hedgehog.
Click browse at the bottom of your ITEM screen ( there are 3 of them ) and browse to your picture file. Then click OK/OPEN and back at Ugly screen type something in the blank line to identify/name your picture. DO NOT click preview, Click SEND and wait until the browser busy icon stops moving and your photo will magically appear here.
