for photo collage software? I would like something fairly powerful, flexible, fast, high quality, and preferably low priced. PS elements doesn't do it for me.

I prefer Picasa over Light Room for the Cataloging on a daily bases. Especially for the casual user. Learning curve is very short. Now you have three for.

Picasa gets my vote also. Easy to use and short learning curve. I only wish they would do a better job on RAW!

If you don't mind paying $5.00 a month or less if you pay by the year PicMonkey does exactly what Picasa does (I believe PicMonkey is a spin off of Picasa)plus it gives you multiple controls to clean up faces. I'll take it over Portrait Professional any day of the week!!!

I have only ever used Photoshop (CS4 currently) but it is the best way to make collages I would say. Using layers, you can do anything you want with it. I bought it when I was taking an online class in photography so I could get it for $200 at that time. I have used it worth thousands of dollars and would not want to use anything else. If you are a student or have a student ID, you can get a good deal. Not sure on all of it now with their monthly rental deal but see what you can do.

Hmmm, no longer unanimous. I have been looking at Picasa, I will also take a look at Fotor.

Yes, I know one can make collages with PS which I have but I would like, for this, something simpler.
