Superb detailed photo of the Moon showing good crater definition in the shadow areas.

Great shot. I've got a 60D, but only the kit lens and one other. Nothing as big as yours.

Hi Collie lover... I am a Yorkie lover... I have several Yorkies... they are just like a bunch of kids...

I just recently got the Tamron 150-600mm lens and I have been getting use to it... I got my Canon 60D by chance about 1-1/2 years ago. I already had a Canon 40D but I ran into a bargain at HHGreeg... the local HHGreeg was moving to another location and they were having a clearance. They had a Canon 60D body on sale for $499... it was a demo and someone had stolen the lens so they were clearing it out. They didn't have a body cap on the camera and I told them that a lot of dirt probably got into the body and it would have to be sent off and cleaned... the sales person then took another $100 off the price and asked $399 for it... I got it for $399... there was only a small spec of dirt on the sensor that was almost undetectable ... I cleaned the sensor myself and it turned out great.

If you get a chance take a look at another moon shot of mine at the link below...

I currently have three smooth collies; mother, daughter and son. I also had the father and 2 more sons. I'm going to buy another smooth when the right one comes along that I can show. All 3 are too old for shows. Both bitches have been spayed and AKC doesn't allow spayed or neutered animals to be shown in conformation (breed). They can be shown in performance events (obedience, agility, herding, etc.)

I had a rough collie which I bought with my own money when I was about 12. I got my first show collie, a rough, in 1967. I got my first smooth collie in 1997 because I didn't want to do all that grooming any more.

Lassie is a rough collie. Smooths have coats like a German Shepherd Dog. They're the same breed, just different varieties and can be bred together. Smooths and roughs can be born in the same litter. Sometimes, all the pups might be smooth because the smooth coat is dominant over rough.

Hi Collie lover... Our Yorkies are also AKC registered but we don't use them in shows... only house pets that act like children... I have a special pet "Ti-Ti"... she is a ham and loves to be carried or taken for a walk. she is possessive over me and she gets jealous when the other Yorkies come up for some affection... she'll jump in my lap and growl at them but that is about it... they don't pay any attention to her when she growls... she is just trying to bluff them. My better-half bought a dog-sling-carrier for me to carry Ti-Ti around the house. Ti-Ti will often run over to where I store the carrier and she will bark at me to get it and carry her around the house. Ti-Ti even went outside with me when I was cutting the grass with the electric mower... that dog amazes me every day... she is spoiled rotten but what the heck... I am use to spoiled-rotten... I have caused more than dogs to be spoiled rotten... :)

With the exception of the collie I bought as a kid, all of my collies have been bought with the intention of showing them. However, they spent more time as a pet than at dog shows. They were pets first, show dogs second. Weekend warriors, so to speak.
