I had a few decisive moments along the way... I just couldn't make a decision. All kidding aside, my personal experience has proven time and again, that all my planning could not replace Dumb Luck!

I have no idea how this happened. I had my camera and took the shot at the right moment

Here is another one I caught at just the right moment. Unfortunately the sun is behind him but I had only just turned the camera on pointed and shot.

Yikes! I would have been scary to death if I was him. Nice shot.

really enjoying these shots...I think many images qualify for this category .."There is a creative fraction of a second when you are taking a picture. Your eye must see a composition or an expression that life itself offers you, and you must know with intuition when to click the camera. That is the moment the photographer is creative," he said. "Oop! The Moment! Once you miss it, it is gone forever."Bresson says... Could not have said it better myself.

That says it all.

I call this one "Sheer Joy". Taken with my old Konika Minolta p&s.

one of our friends came to visit with their first grandson. He was a little shy and kinda bored until he found the doggy door.

I was looking for the the picture that I took when the Airboat came out to practice on the river but couldnt find it. If I do, ill post it. I was standing waist deep in the water when they came blowing by and my husband thought for sure I was going over when I grabbed the camera. Didnt help that the cooler was almost empty. I do have to find that pic

here it is

It's hard for me to take my camera with me all the time, as it's so hot here. I don't like taking any electronics with me for most of the year, for fear that they will fry! Luckily this one was in my back yard, and I don't remember why I had my camera with me at the time! It truly was a very lucky shot!

PS. It would've been luckier if it was good! LOL
