You may be correct, however you should know that there was an article on NPR this week about Nigera and paying ones bills there via cell phone. Nigera, by the NPR account, is the most advanced country in the world for this. The reporter went there with only funds to purchase a phone and to load the sim with funds. That's all he used.

Have only uploaded a video to Youtube two times. Both were done and uploaded with my iPhone.

There is a possibility that he is totally innocent and all above board, but any site with - Nigerian, paypal download link, and phone payment app - on the front page is not going to get any trust whatsoever from me.
This look like an automated fishing exercise to me.
I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, and if anyone here values their bank accounts and identity integrity they shouldn't either.
