I love the palm tree...it looks so different. The last one with the bridge catches my interest too, but then, I have a soft spot in my brain when I see a nice little bridge. I used to have one in my yard that only crossed a ditch where the spring drained, but it was one of my favorite places to sit and watch the grass grow.

Thanks for checking it out....lots of folks shy away from IR images but I've always liked to explore this medium....Mike

I purchased and converted a Canon G2. There is a swamp area that has a loan Cyprus that I have eyed for quite some time; it is a prime IR shooting location. Thank you for the stimuli to get out my G2 and take those shots.

IR is neither B/W nor Color and forces the eye to see that which it would not notice otherwise. I especially find #5 to be a multi serving feast of elements. Your photos have excellent composition.

What nm filter does your camera use?

The specific conversion I had done by www.lifepixel.com was "Enhanced Color IR Filter" which allows more visible light to pass through than traditional Wratten 89b that has a 720 nm cutoff. Mine uses the equivalent of a 665 nm filter. Mike J.

Very nicely done. I love #2 for the color, composition and subject.
