I feel like the picture is okay, other than the sky. If anyone knows how to fix this, please feel free to help me out.

I'm not totally sure what you want but will give this a try. I lightened the image to bring out the fall colors. Then I replaced the sky as well as highlighted the Temple. Is this something like what you want? I have other skies as well as I can do some less editing to the picture.

I like the photo. I didn't touch the foreground or the falls. I pulled some shadows out of the tree area and did very minor tweaks on the temple and the sky.
