Congrats to the Vandy's men's college baseball team on their 5-3 victory over loserville (Louisville) in the 2nd game of the CWS today. They are 1-0 and play UC - Irvine today, a winner over TX in game one. Go SEC!!

As a Vandy alum and fan, I see no reason to denigrate Louisville. They had a better regular season record than we did this year.

I'm a UK fan and there is always a reason when it comes to loserville. Just the way it is when it's UK vs UL and pulling for our conference. Go SEC!!

An SEC fan as well and grew up on UK basketball. Don't see a reason for bashing young 18-21 year old men playing as hard as they can for their teams. Anchor Down!

Are you nuts?? No one is bashing anybody. I never spoke one derogatory word toward anyone. I have a 23 yo son who plays sports and I would not bash any young person. It's just silly rivalry talk. Get over yourself.

My apologies for those words. Definitely too strong a response. I have a lot of friends that pull for UL and we tease each other pretty hard but I was wrong to say what I said to you. I have a lot of respect for the young men and women playing sports and would never speak badly against them. It's just a silly UK vs UL thing much like TN vs Vandy.
