I'm sitting in my office at home, which faces the road and the google car just drove by taking pictures and or video. Finally I'll see my new auto in the drive and not my old 2005 car. Pretty neat to see
Should have stuck your head out the door so you would be on Google Maps also. :-) :-)
I wish I could have but5 not enough time. It would have been pretty cool though

That could yet be 18 months away. Early last year I r ode out of my shop on a test ride of a bike and spotted the google car. It's only just upgraded the images last month. I didn't write on the calendar when I saw it though. Recommend you do that. Although you can search your UHH posts to find it too. Yess, I do show up on the street view!
How about this for a bike? Myrtle Beach 12-18-12 and was posted about a year later. He told me there were two teams of two that cover US. In the summer they cover the North and Winter the South. This unit coveres anywhere the car can't go in this case the board walk on the beach. The bike has a map showing where its been and got to go. The hole thing runs off a very small gas generator.
If you go to the beach then go to the street view between the Sky wheel and the water my wife is standing on the board walk with a gray top and a guy is sitting on a bench with a green cap. Still posted. I was out front of my house unloading my plane when the car went by I think the summer before.

Well done. With a bit of a fiddle I have reproduced myself. Sort of! I can tell by the yellow bin it's a Wednesday, about 10 am by the shadows. 2012. Tomorrow I will pop into the vacuum cleaner shop and ask when they opened, they are in the "to lease" shop. I noticed google put this up early March this year.

When I see someone I know on Google earth I immediately delete the browser page. Then when I go to visit these people in real life I find they never existed. So cool!
