Hi Folks, I've gone from birds to bugs I guess. While out servicing our RV for an upcoming trip, I noticed a field nearby full of daisies. They were everywhere and my photographic mind began to flow. I wanted a nice daisy shot and to my surprise...this one has an old nasty bug on it.

A bit of protein to go with your salad.

Nice shot, James. The bug probably thought he found a quiet place to rest. Then he looked up and saw a giant eye peering down at him. Imagine the story he had to tell when he got home.:D

Personally, I like bugs in my flower photos. This is a neat photo! I do think you should jave cropped it tighter. Too much negative space on the right.

Yeah, I didn't compose to well on this one. Wasn't thinking, but shooting instead. Shooting in 16:9 means you have a wider field to keep track of. I was really lazy on this shot. Just shoved the camera towards the flowers and shot. I'll crop it and see how it looks. Thanks a lot Tom.

Damn Tom...I started cropping the photo and the darned bug turned around and started towards me. I had to quickly close Photoshop. Now I'm afraid I have bugs in my program :-D

Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you about that. It happens sometimes. Don't be scared. They won't jump out and bite you!

Well that's good to know. I've got more photos to work on...I'll just avoid this one.

You have to understand that I was suppose to be an astronaut. I know this only because all the way through my schooling my teachers told me that all I did was take up space. But there was no way I would go in a space shuttle. Do you know why? Too many bugs. Unfortunately, I was proven right.
