An obese man goes to the doctors for a medical. The Doctor tells him he must lose weight and exercise or he faces many problems as he gets older. The man says he's tried exercise but loses motivation and diets don't seem to work. the Doctor asks him if he really wants to lose weight and the man says yes.

The Doctor says he's going to try something radical, and he's to be ready every morning at 7 am wearing a tracksuit and trainers, he will be given instructions then and that it will take as long as it takes.


The next day the man is ready and at 7 on the dot the door bells rings and he finds a very attractive blond jogging on the spot wearing a tracksuit and trainers. She says that the Doctor sent her and they are to run 1 mile, and if he can catch before the mile is up he can have sex with her. And with that she takes off running. He tries to run after her but can only manage a few yards. But, over several months he loses weight and gets fitter and fitter, until one day by the 1mile post he almost catches her.

He thinks tomorrow is the day. He cleans the house, makes sure he has clean sheets on the bed and in the morning waits in anticipation for the bell to ring. Sure enough at 7 am the bell rings.
He answers the door only to find an obese woman in a tracksuit and trainers jogging on the spot who say the doctor sent her and they are to run 1 mile and if she can catch him before the mile is up she can have sex with him.
