Well... I really don't want to copy some on the forum..LOL..
But with absolutely no doubt, this is something that is not needed, will cause KNOWN problems and surely cause unknown problems.... BUT it is something a Governmental person has stuck in his/her craw and they will start 5 to 50 congressional hearings on it, screw around with it for 3 or 4 years and they it will fade away. And the governmental person(s) can congratulate themselves on a job well done, and go on an extended vacation..

City folks tyrannies get stirred into already disastrous cattle situation added to consequences of last year's drought and slaughter of herds and breeding stock! Just what ranchers, dairymen and farmers (and consumers) do NOT need, more interference with basic livestock feed, win - win grain recycling and overburdened last fills.
