They sure do seem to grow up fast
and know more at a younger age,
but I am noticing that they are not going
anywhere fast too.
failure to launch.

well it's not street photo's but, more like campfire photo's from this past weekend....at least the first two, the third is just my daughter being herself. She's the redhead. Her best friend is Rachel. I know, same name as her mine.

The last one is wonderful..makes me smile..oh to be young again...sighhh

yeah, the girls today are sooooo much better looking then we were when we were teenagers. Gosh, I guess it's because we allow them to use make-up and dress up so much younger. I don't know, but hopefully we don't have a generation of prima donna's.

I don't know that they are so much better looking than we were. I do think they are a lot more sophisticated than we were and growing up a LOT faster than we did. When I see the stuff on TV I think hoo boy! The language and sexual references. And I am far from being prudish but I'm wondering if childhood is going to end up getting squeezed out the way the middle class is getting squeezed out. I can't believe pictures that I see on Facebook of my beautiful niece. They aren't x rated or anything like that but they ooze sexuality

Welcome to Day 35 :) Today we are going to try something a little different... You know how we always try to take photos with no people in them? Well today we are going to do the opposite .... Street Photography.. :)

Great challenge!

Here are mine.

wow that second picture looks a little dangerous, looks like the dog is going to run right into you!

I was laying on the ground in a snow bank.... I didn't realize when you are looking thru your camera... how close I was... I was right on the edge of the track.... it looked different thru the lens.

Interesting pics....I want to do a series someday of people just talking on their cell phone with that distant abstract look they get on their faces.....lol

That would be an interesting series laskalass!!!
You should be able to fill a card with pictures of people talking on their phones while driving. :hunf:

I'd like to participate but this is all I got and it's already tomorrow. Really it's just late and I gotta get to bed, but I can't resist posting my daughter's kitty and he wasn't too happy. Took photos today. (I didn't fix images yet, coloring is a bit off). Cheryl

They are saying that there were about 15m people jumping in the state of MN alone. Hell, my wife won;t go in the water in the summer, so when she said she was jumping I said, I gotta see this"

Whoohoo...I am so excited...I got a moon shot...I can't believe it...I've never been able to do that before. See what you all are doing to me...ya got me outside at 12:45am, lying on my back on my deck, (because I don't have a tripod to steady my camera) taking pictures of the moon!! And I finally did it. I just love all of y'all...thank you so much for sharing your knowledge of photography! I know, I know, it is not the "best" moon shot ever....but it's best......by faaaar...that I've ever taken. :-D :D These are straight from the camera...not even cropped. :-D

Yay Frankie!! I know just how you feel because until I joined this forum, I couldn't get a decent picture of the moon, either. Fantastic!

I haven't gotten out today but am making an effort to participate in the daily challenge and looked through my archives to find something to share that is consistent with the topic so here are my pics with people, unposed.

Wow! Peanut! I'm just seeing these now and I can't pick a favorite. The composition is really good and the diagonal line in the picture of the manikins is perfect. I think you found your calling!
