I just loaded PSE10 (upgrade from 5.0). When I tried to print a photo to my HP AIO 6500, it loaded as if I was trying to fax the photo. I rechecked my settings ... system print settings was for the print module, not fax, set for borderless photo 8x10, paper was photo premium, all looked correct. Checked the print options in PSE 10, and they were also correct from all appearances. Re-tried and same thing ... up pops the Fax module. :? I re-booted ... same result. Finally I opened Corel PSPP X2 and tried printing: it printed just fine, first time.
Does anyone have any clue what might be going on? (Windows Vista SP2, HP 6500 Officejet All-In-One). This printer has printed just fine to PSE 5.0 since I got it a couple years ago. :?:
Duh! Thank you for slapping my memory upside my head! Downloaded a new driver and rebooted again, and it now appears to be working ok. I feel so sheepish ... so thank ewe. :?

Printer driver?
Stole my "thunder" --- exactly the first thing that came to mind for me.
Every time new software comes out a new "interface" (the driver) between the computer and the application has to be created to make them both work together properly.
