Hm. You use quotation marks around news, to cast aspersion on the news outlet that routinely pulls ratings higher than MSNBC and CNN combined, is shown by national polls, over and over again, to be be America's most-trusted news source. Even Hillary Clinton proclaimed Fox News to be the most fair news service.

You swallow the garbage that MSNBC broadcasts whole, with total and complete gullibility and you just don't like it when a news service dares to show both sides of the story.

I can foresee a day when you will at last be blissful beyond compare when the Constitution of the United States is voided, Barack Obama is appointed president for life and the law allows Americans to get their news ONLY from MSNBC.

Thankfully, that day will never come.

Wow, FOX really has a follower here. You're losing your grip on reality, dude. You have to read different sources to be informed.

My grasp of reality is just fine. You're the one who's lost in the ozone.

You knew you couldn't dispute the facts I've presented about Fox News so you just fall back of the standard liberal tactic - you launch a verbal attack on me.

Such a brilliant show of intelligence.

You don't have to worry about applying for membership in Mensa, pal. Look up topics, use more than one or two news sources...I'm saying this because it's the truth. I was on another thread where there were sites galore showing how FOX is not a "news" channel. They don't pretend to be, they fought a case in FL allowing them to publish misinformation. This is not being snarky in the least, but you will have to look it up. Of course, FOX is not going to tell you any of this, you will have to look at independent sources.

BTW What do you dislike most about the Gov? The fact that he eliminated the state deficit?? The fact that he lowered the unemployment rate to the lowest in years?? Or maybe the fact that he was shocked when he learned around 75,000 state employees had vehicles completely paid for by us taxpayers??

Oh, now I get it. You somehow suckle from the teet.

Again with a personal attack. You're a real piece of work. Fox IS a news channel. the highest rated news channel. It's MSNBC whose top man has admitted that they are a liberal commentary outlet and not a bona-fide news outlet. Your "independent" sources are probably funded by George Soros, aren't they?

That's ok. I tried to help you but you don't want anything to tarnish your fantasy. MSNBC is very slanted to the left, but they don't label their channel as news, FOX, on the other hand, does. You refuse to research anything so continue on. Me, I'd rather be educated in a subject and am learning new things every day.

The only stories you believe is what you get from your lying leader and his rat gang.
We know what the truth is as we live it every day.

I don't know if they call themselves a NEWS STATION, but they have plenty of individual programming during the day that do.....

NewsNation
Weekdays 11 am ET
Tamron Hall provides context and informed perspectives on the stories making headlines and examines the impact of news on our daily lives.

Ronan Farrow Daily
Weekdays 1 pm ET
Farrow's fresh, engaging take on the stories and issues of the day in this next generation news show.

NOW with Alex Wagner
Weekdays 4 pm ET
Alex Wagner goes beyond the headlines to examine the forces driving the day’s stories in politics, news and culture.

Weekends with Alex Witt
Weekends 12 pm ET
Alex Witt hosts live news coverage and her signature segment “Office Politics” from MSNBC’s world headquarters in New York, NY.

Way Too Early
Weekdays 5:30 am ET
MSNBC’s Thomas Roberts brings viewers everything they need to know to start their days--from news and politics to sports and pop culture.

AND NONE OF THIS FROM EITHER FAUX NEWS OR ANY RIGHT WING SITE...... sigh...

Harry Reid’s Outlaw Ancestor?
Posted on January 29, 2009
Q: Was Harry Reid’s ancestor a horse thief?
A: That’s a hoax. Sen. Reid is only the most recent political figure to be accused of fabricated outlaw ancestry.
FULL QUESTION
Can you tell me if this is true? I got the feeling it isn’t, but who knows?
Judy Wallman, a professional genealogy researcher here in southern California , was doing some personal work on her own family tree. She discovered that Harry Reid’s great-great uncle, Remus Reid, was hanged for horse stealing and train robbery in Montana in 1889. Both Judy and Harry Reid share this common ancestor.

The only known photograph of Remus shows him standing on the gallows in Montana territory.

FULL ANSWER
This howler has been going around for years, naming others. The same story has been told about Hillary Clinton, Tipper Gore, Sen. Ted Stevens of Alaska and Canadian politician Stephane Dion. Back in 2000, Snopes.com collected the earliest known version, accusing then-Vice President Al Gore’s wife, and the site has since received other renditions accusing a series of politicians, of whom Sen. Reid of Nevada is only the most recent. Earlier versions of this hoax have identified the condemned man in the old photo as Remus Rodham, Robert Dion, Remus Stevens and Gunther Gore. (The anonymous revisionists apparently forgot that Gore is not Tipper’s maiden name.)
The man in the photo is actually Thomas Edward "Black Jack" Ketchum, a notorious train robber who was executed in New Mexico in 1901. The photo was made into a souvenir postcard with the inscription, "The hanging of Black Jack the outlaw." No mention of any Remus. This is a funny story, funny enough to have been revised and repeated at least four times since 2000, but that’s all it is. There’s no truth to it.
