A good article backing up the legality of firing them - but the fact remains they needed better working conditions - which they still need today as they are so short handed and a vast majority of controllers are scheduled to retire over the next couple years.

Harvey, I think many others and I know, myself have come to ignore the postings of low/no information posters who come on here only to spread a combination of lies and rumors, wanting us to look up sites for them. They post radical opinions and call ppl names, they don't know when to give up because they're not furthering their cause. ;)
