Spend it!!!! Who cares if your children starve and your wife can't buy new shoes....... 10g???? thats cheap for a uber rare lens............ I hope it has auto focus and a .75 apeture.

JC, I do the same thing and my wife gets on me about the money I spend on camera equipment and I say but, but think of the granddaughters by buying the lens I can better help them learn to use them. I have set up three of my granddaughter with and Xti or an Sxi camera. I have to say they are getting quite good with them.
