The cabin photo, makes me want to see more of the cabin. It appears that the rest of the cabin may be falling apart. Perhaps the roof has collapsed. Hard to tell if it would have added anything artistic to the photo.

The cabin was probably built in the late 1800's. It's was one of the homesteads for the gold/silver miners.
The roof is gone and the other walls are falling in on themselves. The photo is untouched. It truly is as is. I shot this near Lake Ann Colorado.

I now see the cabin in the light you had seen it. I bet there were some old nails that would have been a nice souvenir.

Hello and welcome from another Colorado native. I love the mountain shot the best. And was wondering if your avatar was a photo of the wild mustangs around the Bookcliffs area?

Hi everyone! Another newbie here. Please take a look and tell me what you think. Thanks!!!

There are a lot of forum members from the state of Hiding, USA. More members are from Hiding then any other state. I looked on the map -- and, I should have known -- the state of Hiding was hidden.

Your pictures are nice and welcome to the forum.

Good one!

I've heard of the wild mustangs around the bookcliff area. This shot looks like the area but my avatar is not one that I shot myself. Wish I could take credit for it .
Thanks for the comment.

I hope to get out there this spring and maybe I'll get lucky enough to snap a few pics of them.
