Frankie .. I created this action in photoshop today just for these photos of yours LOL I couldn't resist....not sure how I feel about them .. tell me what you think ... it's ok not to like them :) won't hurt my feelings

photogrl57, I do like them because they give the pictures a completely different look. For instance, in the first one the columns look almost 3D. I like the colors of the next 2, and again that last one...I am afraid there is not much you can do bring her face out in it. I would like to show them to Chey. How can I download them (I'm not very computer savy) to my computer? Oh, and once again thank you for spending time on them...and helping me. Also, I took your advise & tried some of them in black & white......what do you think?

Thank you so much for your encouragement. I liked them but didn't know what others would think. It was photogrl57 who suggested I try b&w and I'm glad she did. The last one was a disaster in color...but I kinda like it in b&w.

Here are some long exposure photos.... I obviously didn't take them today. I want to go out and take some, but we'll see what else will happen through out the day :)

This is my friend Ian spinning fire. Maybe next time I will take a longer exposure but I like that you can see his face in these.

I like that you can see his face too.

PW BLACK LAB it is amazing you and your dogs can get so close to a squirrel in a purple bucket....that may now be the squirrel topper...hmmm not sure, You didnt have to lay down. GOOD CLOSE UP of the kitty.

Roadrunner...you get around on that bike dont you?

Photogirl I took a few more too... I think the house is very well done..Nice blue sky to match the lovely blue and white of the house...no harsh shadows, perfect clarity and excellent composition....Isnt panarama post..I never did one in a camera. It required more than one pic right? Or is it a setting? Oh pray tell.

Bev...lighting IS Photography.

ROADRUNNER and PAT..the dang toilet paper is for the (*&^
time is an illusion. Not sure if you caught it but local news showed a piece on a couple who met on the beach picking for plastics.....believe it or not they survive on the artwork they design made from scavanged plastics collected on the north/west coast beaches

Little Biddle...when you come to visit it is always a pleasurable experience...The nesting pair is AWESOME

Rachel...nice of you to drop in with your color and woody wood duck..hahahhahaha

MIMI...where the heck did you come from ...oh right the west coast...love that nursery.

BIPS...isnt this weather weird..great shots today

Peanut...good rust...Im going to do a little catch up too...I sucked at framing...but I think I got a goody now.

Two much time on this computer and then went to work on the table toppers....even had some printed...then went to the inn and realized you could not see the pic or read the small letters in the darkness of the bar....ARE YOU KIDDING ME

[quote=photogrl57]Welcome to Day 31 .... Unbelievable ! We made it a month ... and it's been really great ... lot's of fun ... lot's of learning ... lot's of practice... and a ton of awesome photos. Everybody should be feeling pretty good about their improvement and their photos.. I know I'm proud of all of you... and myself !
Just to remind you of all we have accomplished this month here is a list of what we did.

Hi, do you happen to know what the name of the flower is in your second photo?
I picked up some seed pods while in Hawaii and the leaves look exactly like these in the photo.
But for the life of my have no idea what its called..
Thank you- Marilyn

You have the same problem, the maid does not show up, nor the yard person, nor the cook, I thought it was just me that spends way too much time behind a lens or looking at a computer screen! Oh well tomorrow perhaps some things will get accomplished around here?

No, I haven't tried it but have heard of using glass with vaseline. Another thing to try. Actually, that wasn't Saran - it was just the rain on the windshield and I thought it looked like some of the "wrap" pictures. So, it was a "faux wrap" :)
 :)

lol at your faux wrap but i like the photo
