Yes, muskrat or nutria.

Every time I look at one of your shots, I covet the lens. It wasn't long ago I was happy with my point and shoot.

Thank you, Vicki. Maybe some day you will have the Tamron 150-600mm lens. It's not that expensive for the quality that you receive and in your photos.

I bought a 100-400 Canon 6 mos. ago. It would be hard to justify the redundancy except for the extra reach. I've also considered a 1.4 TC. I've been told I need to use my feet more and get closer. :-D

The Canon 100-400mm lens is one of the great and affordable ones to have. I just needed the extra reach to 600mm for my bird photography, but I can't compare the Tamron to the Canon since I never owned one. The critics say they are both great lenses. The Canon is lighter and shorter than the Tamron.
