Green Skies in Alaska

My front yard in the hills above Fairbanks, AK, always gives me a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful aurora. This was taken early in the morning on the second day of spring. Everything else is still white, but the skies were ablaze with color.

While I have seen a few aurora scenes, I think your captures are above the bar. You have to live through that beauty. Maybe I will, some day. Thanks for the posts

Thats not Russia in that direction by chance is it? Great images, light shows are spectacular.
