Maybe the OP is trying to be sarcastic and believes that most of the questions raised and discussed in UHH are not related to photography. Rather they tend to ask questions like: What camera/lens should I buy? How to I do X? Nikon or Canon? In other words, questions about camera gear and not photography.

"Photography": the art, science and practice of creating images recorded by light.
"Camera gear": the equipment used to create photographic images.
I'm only trying to figure out what the OP meant. I'm by no means suggesting there is a difference.
