The boots are 3" tall.

Thanks, Erv. The Madonna profile was my first carving in 1963. The western boots were my second in 2005 when I retired and asked my cousin to teach me. I'm currently working on an eagle head cane. I'll post photos when it's done. Yes, wood is awesome.

I did my first one at 5 years old. And have never stop.:):) I wish I still had that piece. I would give $10,000 for it. I learned from my Grandfather who also did stone carving. But he was a very good teacher and I learned a lot from him about life too. He passed to soon!
