This is the morning I woke up to yesterday. I have at least 2 pairs of Painted Buntings coming to my feeder every day. The squirrels are a constant delight to watch, I have seen 5-6 at a time playing in the yard and trees.

Squeeker, I like your photo of the bird in the tabebuia tree, but I do not think it is a female painted bunting. The female painted bunting is green.
