Jerry, is this download only for Adobe CS6? I did not see Photoshop Elements mentioned, so wondering if this is program specific.

I've gotten to the point where if a program, plug-in, attachment, etc., doesn't specifically say it is for Photoshop Elements, or PSE, then I assume it won't work in Elements so I don't bother with it. This one, however, specifically says "Adobe Photoshop Camera Raw 8.4 for CS6" so we don't have to assume anything.
