Was this after your 60 mile an hour winds this last week? It's a beautiful shot.

I think this photo has a lot of character. Since I like to photograph in early morning and late evening light I am imaging this same shot and composition in a warmer tone. I like the composition. Those stumps tell a lot of environmental history. I do think it is a good photo.

Uhh, try 120 mph. Class 3 hurricane winds. Was not fun!
Thanks for your comment.

I like this photo. There is a stump in the lake by me, that when the water is down it is above the water line. I tried to get some pics of it last fall, but they just didn't do it for me so I deleted them. Maybe some day I'll be able to go out and re-shoot that ol' stump and have a picture as decent as this.

No thank goodness, but there are a lot of trees down all over the place. We did lose power for about 14 hours and no water, but we survived....lol

Thank you, don't stop trying. I'm not always happy with what I shoot sometimes, but I either fix it in PS7 or go and reshoot it. What ever it takes. So keep trying and let me see what you get.
