Y'all are looking great this morning. I have a little PT session to go to then I'll be back at you keep up the good work.It
p4 Watch it!! Larry or you will get hit with a couple giant snowballs, from me, RR and a few others.
Finding I love the "shoot from the hip". Takes practice to get them almost straight, but cockeyed can look cool too, RR. Stuffed my DSLR in my purse and went to the grocery store. Got some pretty cool shots, I think. Have to look at them.
Challenge - Hip Shots and Drive -Bys: A few drive-bys from the archives in Egypt while traveling in a motorcoach.
Busy outdoor marketplace
Relaxing by the water
View from the rear window of the motorcoach
Modern house so close to ancient pyramids
One of the off-ramp dwellings seen - good use of recycled materials
Great start lhammer and interesting tutorial. Great shots have already been posted! Will see if I have an opportunity for some hipsters in the next couple days.....and lol.... if there will be a subject in some of those shots!

I wouldn't expect anything less, and will no doubt wish I was there, too.

Think Hi E......."Heee, Heee, Heee!
PG 1:
Dane, I see an engineer in the making there, nice catch.
Great Pat, those Grocery stores open aisles and aisles of opportunities. Don't go to WalMart though, the WalMartians are on to us.
Wonderful shot Thom, great lighting. Don't you just wonder if he's texting that controversial answer to the pending question for the next staff meeting or is it "Angry Birds" again?
Really well done Lass!
PG 2:
Great Roadrunner, the architecture and terain in your work is always interesting. Looks like a busy road though to be taking Knee shots especially since it has a traffic light, or was someone behind you laying on the horn because you weren't starting right away?
PG3:
Whoa, William, looks like you didn't stop!
MG, what kind of Mill was it, do you know? Lots of windows makes it nice for the Lofts that were redeveloped. I guess more apts are always needed. Seems like they're always building a new one around here.
Picwit, I love your early morning pastel sky. Nothing like it is there? Very inventive on the rest, way to have fun.
PG4: good stuff Thom, Pat, and Roadrunner.
PG5: Thanks for posting UWDAWG, I knew you would show up with some interesting and unique drive-bys!
Looks like a fun challenge Larry, will have to get myself out of the house and see what I can find,or for a drive and practice using my knees to steer!
A couple more from me then I'll go look for something else to do as you know who has suggested.
You say you couldn't see the doe in that first one. I'll crop it a little closer.
Another drive by from that same train.
A "walk-by" in an old nearby cemetary. Would really like to know the story here!
Drive-by's are my favorite. Whether or not I'm driving lol.
Now get out there and let me see some real gun slinger style shots.[/quote]
Ok....here's a guy ice fishing yesterday that I took without his knowledge (didn't want to disturb him......)
My son James and I went to imagination station to see the Titanic exhibit. It was pretty neat. Couldn't take pictures. We also went out to eat at speghetti wearhouse. Sat the camera on my hip and took 1 shot..
PG 5 - Gosh what a wonderful start and how amazing to see how good you all are at shooting on the move. Mine were taken from the landie in Nambia during the epic journey last year.
