Thanks roadrunner for starting us on free sunday. It looks like everyone have had a good week. Yesterday Ron and I went to Ravine Gardens State park. The garden was done during the depression from one of Roosevelt's programs. All of the pictures are from this park.

The tower in the back is the Roosevelt monument.

The park is full of azaleas.

This is part of a swing bridge that is in the park.

Finally got home after a lovely weekend with Daisy dog! We had sunshine all day today - not a single drop of rain and no nasty winds either. Yippee!
Walkies with Daisy - saw lots of water that had nowhere to go and was just lying in the fields/gateway. Also had a frost this morning.

Hope you and yours are okay - lucky for me my little house is up a little hill so hoping the water keeps on running past.

Hi Indycaver. I like them all, but since you invited a critique, I think I would like #1 a little more if you cropped it just above the branch with the icicles. The top of that picture is a little distracting to me. All in all nice shots though!

I spent some time in the park yesterday and this young girl came riding up on her horse.

this is shiloh's favorite spot lol ... on one of the bigger dogs

the kid came home with some tires to dispose of and this guy was hitch hiking on the truck ... great opportunity for a photo shoot

Nice set and thanks or sharing. I'd never heard of this part before, next time im in that neck of the woods I will be sure to check it out!
