I'm sorry, but to me the woman is a terrible distraction, maybe if she was walking towards you and good looking with a great body that would help. If people are just ho-hum and not full of character, like really old with a cane or just knock down beautiful, no one really wants to look at them. So take her out of the photo. I know this sound harsh, but people like pictures that are special, interesting and taken at a different angle. the picture you took has all that, except for the middle age person with a bad figure.
My vote, take her out of the picture.

Thanks for all the comments. I am kind of surprised at the folks who want the woman removed because she's not pretty enough. I never even considered that.
