Great picture Sher.
You need to give that picture to your kids. Or put it up at work. Your employees will think your watching them. That effect is created by looking straight into the lens when the picture is taken. Your eyes follow the person as they move around the room.

I set my camera on tripod, twisted my lcd screen so I could see it from the front side of the camera and although I was seeing things upside down it worked out with the timer.
