pg 19 - great shot!
I am really struggling - this is much more difficult than I'd first thought.... Am stuck inside due to bronchitis but tried a few - about 50 - and got a couple that are almost acceptable.... Sadly as am usually taking the pics I luckily don't get to see pics of me and when I do I really wonder what happened to the young woman I remember in my head - this is certainly not she! How did she get to be so old???!! Oh well, c'est la vie.....

Pat, I can only wonder if back in the day when you were a practicing nurse did you really help heal people or did you just keep them in stitches :!: :!:

Looks like you learned your lessons well. I agree. I'm constantly taking on-line courses, seminars, and picking up ebooks. These in addition to the tutorials for all my software. You'd think by now I'd be an expert. I'm finding the more I learn, the more I realize I know so little. I guess that's what makes this so much fun. There's always something to learn.

You are right. For everything I think I've learned, there is tons more. Sometimes overwhelming, sometimes encouraging ("Hey, I already do that!"), sometimes surprising, and - well, I need another brain chip to "if I could just remember it all".

I say it's very contemplative. I like it.

pg 20 - I wish - but thanks!
Glad you did not say an "old time movie star!"which is much more like it . . . . I can not aspire to that title although I did in the 1960's have a VERY small part in a film - I opened a door to a vet's surgery for a client and her pet... All because my Dad's pets were being used in the sequence...

p19 Yes, I can believe it. It's a very good shot. It's not frightening at all. In fact, you could be the twin brother of my best friend, James. Oh, wait a minute. That is frightening!

p20 Sue, Get better soon. These two shots are set up well. I like that the mirror is in focus and the rest of the shot is not. It really tells me a story. I love B&W, so of the two, #2 is my favorite. As for the young lady -- she's still there. I can see her. I'm sure the rest of us do too
:D
