 I had know idea that you were behind the Hello Kitty conglomerate.
Dude do you know how hard it is to find used hello kitty stuff.
And the price tag to use that avatar (if you don't own it) must be staggering. :XD:

Her avatar is not Hello Kitty. Please try staying on the subject. This subject is too important to divert to useless fluff.

He's all over. Here's a netwide search result from FBs search engine. Too many for me to check. There's a lot of "his" photos still out there.
Also he's posted on many different sites and blogs.
Someone may want to track some of those Admins down also. They could have 'shared' photos.

doesn't matter what you claim you sold them for or if the money was really donated or not (I don't think it was but that's another story).

I invoiced a scum photographer for $1,000 an image and she wasn't offering them for sale, she was using them to advertise her business on facebook..... we settled on a base payment of $2,000 for the theft of 3 images. I have NO sympathy for people that steal others work, and I strongly encourage those you stole from to invoice you for at LEAST $500 an image.
doesn't matter what you claim you sold them for or... (show quote)

But how do you know if someone is using your shot illegally unless you happen to see it somewhere accidentally? Are there companies that read publications for you to protect your images? One member told me that the shot of the B26 going down in flames (my first post), is famous. So how many stole that one and how would my father ever have won treble damages for copyright infringement? He's dead so it doesn't matter, but he sure could have used the bucks when he was alive. He got hit by flack on the 62nd mission when that shot was taken. We need protection. I would be willing to kick in a yearly contribution to a firm that reads publications looking for those bastards.

you still can't use it... it's held under strict copyright. I'm sure the team owners/mangers would love to hear you are selling it.

He just stated that it was in fact a hand drawn Hello Kitty and he does in fact have the authority to use it from the Artist himself, or herself I can't remember just now but but , yea, it is. Otherwise he would not need that permission.

Ha! But he got that wrong. Those are great egrets, not snowys.

Plus he's totally disabled yet managed to get himself out into the "Florida Wilderness" whatever that means.

This is what he wrote about my elk shot that I posted 4 months ago!!! This guy is a sociopath!!!

"Every once in a while I get lucky enough to get close to one of these elusive Colorado Elk to get a decent photo. Since hunting season starts here real soon I thought I would get out and snap a few photos before the are spooked too much to play. Happy Friday everyone and have a terrific day!! that's the joy of the internet and the photography community (which you can see right here on this forum), we try watch out for each other. All it takes is one photographer to notice one stolen image and boom it snowballs into more than a dozen photographers who have been stolen from and a thief being outed.

That's how I found out about mine being stolen, someone saw something that didn't look right, reverse image searched it and found me.
