Yes, the tree house was out back behind the adjacent farmhouse - some of the schoolhouse can be seen in the picture of the tree house I posted earlier.

I'd bet that the "old schoolhouse" is in a lot better condition and better maintained now as a B & B than it ever was when actually a school. Nice picture. There are lots of similar old structures all over Vermont.
