I rarely use Topaz Adjust for anything, but in this case I did. Not sure what the effect was called because it showed up as "last used settings." Before I did that, I increased color saturation on the whole photo a bit in PSE12.

Thanks. I don't have Topaz. I haven't checked all of PSE12 yet. On chapter 12 of 16.
