A Woman goes to hospital for a an operation for "Reconstruction surgery down below".
After the operation she comes round and finds three roses with a note attached to each one on her pillow. She opens the first one and it says "from your surgeon.. wishing you a speedy recovery.
The second one is from her Husband and it says "I love and miss you darling".
The third one is from a man in the burns unit upstairs and it says..........."Thank you for my new ears!!!!
