Without going into the base argument, You are automatically registered to vote when you get a drivers license in most states. The first primary you vote in will associate you with a party. Nothing in this post or the links tell me if the nut cases out there actually side with any party beliefs at all, or are a product of accidental association. It is fun to speculate, but it is a waste of time, space & proves absolutely nothing except some people have nothing better to do. Go take some snapshots.
