I have a D3200, I noticed twice, first time not thinking much about it, that after moving my pictures from my camera SD card to my computer SD card and putting it back in my camera I can no longer view my pictures on my camera. My pictures are still on card but not readable anymore from camera. I am interested why. Thx in advance for your help.

Not sure but did you format the card in the computer? Try to format the card in the camera.

What software and workflow are you using to download the pics?
Be excruciatingly detailed.

Did you rename the file? If you did the camera will not read new file. - Dave

NO!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you format a card you'll never be able to see them in-camera EVER AGAIN!

Bram boy;

You forgot a couple of steps in there.

Take picture.
Remove card and download image to computer.
Re-insert card into camera.
Try to view image.

Or am I misreading your reply?

Did you rename it on the downloaded copy? Or on the original on the card?

Check the little white {write protect switch on the side of the SD card}
Just lats weekend I had a minor problem where the switch moved every time it inserted in the camera.
