New poster here. Been shooting since the mid 60s, spelunking in Southern Indiana pit caves, dragging the camera along in a foam-lined ammo box and using those big glass flashbulbs good for one shot.

I already broke off a big chunk of retirement money and got one!
The improvements to the autofocus system were well worth it to me for what I'm trying to shoot (BIF at the moment.)
