Backup/Restore Windows 8

I see in Windows 8 where there is a system backup tool that backs up your c drive, but I don't see a way yo use that back up to restore. Has anyone have experience with this or can answer my question?

It is in the control panel/all control panel items/recovery. Make sure you have the control panel view in either small icons or large icons and not in catagory.
