I have an Elements 5 that I would give to someone that could use it. Included is book and CD. You pay shipping--probably only a couple of bucks.
Just a heads up on your generous offer:
The new owner might not be able to install the program, if it has already been installed on more than one computer, or if you had to reinstall it on the same computer.
It seems Adobe locks out subsequent installations after two, or at least, they used to do so.
I've had almost all versions since Elements 1, and i still have two or three earlier versions, which cannot be used any longer, because I had installed them on a desktop and a laptop. Subsequent installations on a third computer I later bought failed.
DeeAndre, I would love to give it a try if you didn't mind sending it to me. I can pay shipping on my end, or I can send it to you via paypal.

It will work fine as long as the previous installations were deactivated.

Thanks Beowulf and jpintn for your info. Now it gets complicated as I just wanted to let someone enjoy and learn as I did. I installed it on my 2 computers and one of my brother-in-laws. It is no longer on my 2 as I use Elements 9. It is still on his. So, do you think it still can be used? It is for windowsXP or Vista.
I had it on 8 on a computer that went south and I could not deactavate it. I was able to work with Adobe and use it on another computer. It was a chore took me all one morning. I have elemnts 4 and it can be used on as many computers as you want. - Dave
