Everyone is doing such a great job. I haven't learned how to layer yet so here is what I have to share.
Simple and beautiful.... Everything they should be
I think this is good! And cute to boot!

Here is my attempt. I took my original image and expanded the canvas by 300px in both directions. I then used the fill tool to make the canvas black. From there I added a text layer.
Nothing major but hopefully effective. Thus completes my first picture share as well.

p19 Well you did a fantastic job and produced a card any, Star Wars or even "trekie" fan would love to receive.

this one is for JacLee
for JacLee
this one will be their Christmas card Picho
Pooh Bear going to be a Christmas card
his buddy Tiger
little Peanut was used for their Christmas card
Christmas card this is Rocky met him in Carmel
Bear and baby Cubby used as their Christmas card
I really like that top one
These are great, the last is my favorite.
Ok these next 2 were tricky, Christmas one the girls were with Santa I cut the 3 out put into this background with layers, then I cut out the grandparents from a different photo and put them all in together, not perfect but did the job of having them all together in the one photo
the next one the kids were all taken separately and I had to cut each one out and try to place them all in so everyone could be seen some had been sitting others standing all in different places of the yard, then put a blue sky behind and framed it
Pal was my sisters dog she sent the photo to me to try and use in a Christmas photo, he was an old dog and the photo was very blurry and faded but it came out not too bad
grand kids and grandparents
birthday party put them all together
sisters dog Pal
