Took this shot back in 2009 with a Canon 40d and a Sigma 150-500mm
1/800 sec. f/10.0 @ 500mm ISO 400
I would really like to see what everyone else might be able to come up with to make this shot look better.
I did some sharpening and cropping already. Will look for original tomorrow on the other computer.

You could play around with the contrast to get more separation with the background. Or try and blur the background more...soften it some with PPS. Good luck.

Hey Greg, I added a bit of contrast, saturation and vibrance to pull the color out. Minor really. Great capture.

Good Focus and no Jitter - Good exposure. Anything else will be subjective.
I prefer the fly on the beak and the speared fish.
