Im a newbie and a slow learner so go easy on me..
I need a free program to make Christmas cards that I can insert my friends pics in to use on facebook. last year I used picnik but its gone! thank you in advance and happy holidays to all!

Thank you Searcher, its $33.00 a year. any more ideas?? I only need it for 10--20 cards for my friends.

You can 'upgrade' to a 'deluxe' version, but the BASIC is FREE
OR
You could download the FREE Picasa from Google to create the 'cards' as JPG files to upload to Facebook or wherever you want.....

Depends on just what you want to do to the photos, but you can add text and borders very easily.
The original Picnic that was discontinued when Google put it into Creative Kit in Picasa (now discontinued when they forced you to use a Google+ account with online photo albums) has essentially been reborn as a New site called "ribbet" which may be a good option for you.

Try HPs Print shop, it's free and you do your own printing.,..
