I was passing through Naples the other day close to sunset so I thought I would take the camera and tripod out of the trunk and see what I could find with just a few minutes of daylight left. I have attached a couple of those I was able to snap before it got dark.

Thank you all. I was lucky. I had heard about this pier, had my wife with me (who doesn't really share the passion...) and I by chance found this spot with just a few minutes left of light. Other than the old woman who insisted on stepping in front of my tripod to capture pictures with her iPhone, i was able to get several shots. This second shot was my last (and probably one of my favorites) and as I tell people, you can't get the shot if you don't have your camera. I carry mine everywhere I go, including on business trips, which this was and am always looking and ready to find the shot. My problem is, I don't do much with them after I capture them. For me, I guess it is the hunt and personal satisfaction of finding the shot that pleases me.
